A while back I was having problems logging on to ESCF. My ID would come up and say I was here but I couldn't access anything. I finally found the solution. This applies not only to this site but to any site where you are having problems logging in. Go to your Internet Properties (in your Temporary Internet Files) Click....Delete Cookies....Click OK Click....Delete Files....click OK (also can delete all off-line content...this helps also) Click....Settings Check your amount of disk space to use...if you need more just move it to the right (300 or 400MB) click OK You should be all set...I was having the problems with my settings, I allowed more disk space and presto, I'm back. I also deleted cookies and files. I'm now in the habit of doing this once a week, to keep everything running smoothly and so far, so good. Hope this helps ~~~ Lexis

Thanks for posting that Alexis. This should be helpful to anyone who is having trouble accessing the site through their account. If this doesn't solve your logging in problem, then make sure your password and username is correct and try logging out and logging back in. That usually does the trick if adjusting your cache size doesn't. Thanks, Collector
